I’m currently recruiting for a Legal Assistant / Paralegal opportunity with an established Southern California law practice focused on sophisticated litigation matters.

This is an opportunity to join a highly experienced legal team handling a broad range of complex civil litigation. Having a background in personal injury, employment law, or general civil litigation is a strong plus, though not required. The practice covers high-stakes casework, including wage and hour disputes, workplace claims, class actions, and diverse civil matters.

The firm offers a specialized environment where legal support professionals can develop meaningful litigation experience while working closely with experienced attorneys on substantive casework.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 and $110,000 Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
