Job summary

CA Paralegal is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join its San Diego office, supporting a busy litigation team in a collaborative, firm-wide environment.

This hybrid role requires 4 days on site and 1 day remote, with salary in the $100,000 to $125,000 range depending on experience and qualifications, plus benefits and long-term career development.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of law firm litigation experience
• California filing experience (state and federal)
• Paralegal Certificate preferred but not required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
• Experience with iManage document management
• Familiarity with Elite 3E
• Experience creating Tables of Contents and Tables of Authorities
• Trial preparation experience

Responsibilities

• Draft, finalize, and manage litigation documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials
• Support all phases of discovery, including requests/responses, deposition summaries, and document productions
• Assist with trial and hearing preparation, including organizing exhibits and trial binders
• Maintain case files, track court deadlines, and manage case chronologies
• Conduct legal and factual research related to litigation matters
• Provide ongoing litigation support to attorneys in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Litigation Paralegal

A highly regarded, collaborative mid-size law firm with a strong litigation practice is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join its San Diego office. This position supports a busy litigation team and offers meaningful exposure, collaboration across offices, and long-term career development.

Work Location & Schedule (Hybrid)

Compensation

The reasonably expected salary range for this position is $100,000 - $125,000 annually, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, finalize, and manage litigation documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials
• Support all phases of discovery, including preparing requests and responses, summarizing depositions, and organizing document productions
• Assist with trial and hearing preparation, including organizing exhibits, preparing trial binders, and coordinating logistics
• Maintain case files, track court deadlines, and manage case chronologies
• Conduct legal and factual research related to litigation matters
• Provide ongoing litigation support to attorneys in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Qualifications and Requirements

• 6+ years law firm experience is required
