Job summary

Proxy Legal Staffing & Search Group seeks a paralegal for a regional firm in the Pittsburgh area, supporting attorneys through all stages of litigation from inception to trial.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience, familiarity with Pennsylvania cases, and strong legal research skills. Proficiency in Westlaw and Microsoft Office is required to manage deadlines and case documents effectively.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Experience with Pennsylvania litigation; New Jersey experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with legal billing and time entry requirements.
• Trial preparation experience preferred.
• Strong legal research skills (Westlaw experience is a plus).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
