Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients and gather case documentation
• Conduct legal research (Lexis, PACER)
• Assist with pleadings, discovery, and filings
• Draft motions, correspondence, and legal documents
• Organize case files, timelines, and manage deadlines
• Review and coordinate document production
• Support trial, deposition, and arbitration preparation
• Other duties as needed

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience
• Prior defense-side trial preparation experience is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Federal court experience
• Experience with litigation software
