Socket.dev in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a dynamic Paralegal to support personal injury and construction-related matters. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to prioritize, and work well under pressure while collaborating with a team.

Responsibilities include drafting pleadings and motions, reviewing medical records, maintaining attorney calendars, and handling file management in our case management system.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of litigation experience.
• Ability to handle a case from the initial complaint through trial.
• Experience working with multiple attorneys.
• Basic understanding of Arizona civil rules of procedure.

A growing regional law firm is looking for a dynamic, self-starter for the position of Paralegal. The successful candidate must be highly organized, have the ability to prioritize, work well with others, and adapt well under pressure while working with personal injury and construction related files.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities

Cover letter a plus, hourly rate approximately $27-40/hour, depending on experience, 40 hour work week
