The Phoenix office of Koeller Nebeker Carlson & Haluck, LLP (KNCH) is growing, and we are looking for a litigation paralegal to join our team.

If you are a paralegal who likes to take ownership of your cases, work closely with attorneys, and be involved in litigation from the beginning of a matter through trial, we would like to hear from you.

At KNCH, our paralegals are an important part of the litigation team. This is not a role limited to administrative case support. You will have meaningful responsibility for managing files, analyzing records and evidence, preparing discovery and disclosures, working with experts and clients, and helping attorneys prepare cases for depositions, mediations, motions, hearings, and trial.

This is a hybrid position. Following an initial acclimation and training period, paralegals have the opportunity to work remotely as part of the firm’s hybrid work schedule.

What You’ll Do

• Manage a litigation caseload from inception through trial.
