Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of paralegal experience in civil litigation; automotive liability experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of litigation procedure, Florida rules, and case management.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management software.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys in all phases of automotive liability litigation, including case development, discovery, and trial preparation
• Draft and prepare legal documents such as pleadings, discovery responses, subpoenas, motions, and summaries
• Organize and analyze documentation, including accident reports, medical records, insurance materials, and expert reports
• Manage case calendars, track court deadlines, and maintain attorney schedules
• Conduct legal and factual research related to liability and damages
• Communicate directly with clients, witnesses, experts, and opposing counsel
• Prepare exhibits, witness files, and other materials for depositions, mediations, and trial
• Assist with court filings, including Florida State and Federal E-Filing procedures
• Maintain organized case files in both electronic and physical formats
• Assist with billing and time entry as needed

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Job Summary

This position is ideal for a paralegal with a strong background in automotive liability defense. The successful candidate will assist attorneys with managing complex cases from inception through resolution, ensuring deadlines are met and files are meticulously maintained. Working Conditions
