A Long-Term Home for a Dedicated Paralegal

Looking for a firm where you can settle in, do meaningful work, and be truly valued for years to come? Vistas Law Group, LLP is a boutique firm in Ontario, California, specializing in estate planning, probate, trust administration, and estate litigation.

We’re a close-knit team built on loyalty, steadiness, and mutual respect. We celebrate wins together, support each other through busy seasons, and treat mistakes as chances to learn. Our team values open communication, professionalism, and a shared commitment to exceptional client service.

About the Role

We’re seeking a hardworking, dependable Paralegal who wants to make this their professional home. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in being the person attorneys and clients can count on, and who is looking for stability and a long-term place on a team rather than a stepping stone.

Our clients often come to us during some of the hardest moments of their lives: the loss of a loved one, family disagreements, or difficult decisions about the future. We’re looking for someone with genuine emotional intelligence who can listen with patience, respond with compassion, stay calm when emotions run high, and treat every client with dignity.

You’ll support our attorneys through every phase of a matter, from the first client interview to the final filing, and gain hands‑on experience in both transactional and litigation work.

This is a full-time, in-office position, Monday through Friday. Remote work is not available.
