We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Paralegal to join our client's team. In this role, you will support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation—from pre-claim investigation through trial and appeal. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing multiple priorities, and has a deep understanding of litigation procedures and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-claim investigations, perform legal research, and assist with initial case assessments
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery documents, and appellate filings; manage court submissions
• Maintain case calendars, track deadlines, and organize case files
• Manage pleadings and discovery indexes to ensure accuracy and accessibility
• Prepare, organize, and maintain exhibits, evidence, briefs, and appendices for hearings and trials
• Assist attorneys with interrogatories, discovery requests, and other case-related tasks
• Gather, verify, and analyze information from various sources
• Coordinate communication between attorneys, clients, and third parties
• Provide administrative and tactical support during settlement negotiations and case resolution
