Qualifications

  • Self-driven with minimal supervision and high accountability.
  • Proficient in MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat; familiar with Salesforce/SharePoint or willingness to learn.

About the role The Paralegal at Exiger will own the full execution of commercial contract lifecycles, driving documents from draft through to fully executed agreements with precision and accountability. You will serve as an integral extension of a nimble legal team, handling a diverse portfolio of commercial and regulatory documentation with a high degree of autonomy. This position requires a tech-savvy professional who leverages data and established systems to ensure compliance and operational efficiency across global supply chains. You will establish and monitor rigorous version control and audit trails for all legal documents, maintaining a clear and defensible record. A core part of this role involves drafting and reviewing non-disclosure agreements, amendments, and other transactional instruments in close partnership with legal counsel. The position demands proactive management of vendor and customer agreements, ensuring all documentation remains current, accessible, and aligned with evolving business needs. You will synthesize complex negotiation outcomes and contract histories into clear, concise internal briefs that empower stakeholders to make rapid, informed decisions.

  • Manage the complete administration of vendor and customer agreements, including renewals, terminations, and compliance monitoring across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the company’s contract database by ensuring all metadata is complete, current, and properly indexed.
  • Organize and maintain legal repositories and internal tracking systems to facilitate efficient document retrieval, review, and compliance checks.
  • Support entity compliance and corporate maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements in domestic and international jurisdictions.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments such as procurement and sales to deliver essential legal documentation and respond to complex information requests.
  • Utilize CLM tools, Salesforce, and SharePoint repositories to guarantee the reliability, accuracy, and security of all company information.
  • Synthesize negotiation outcomes and detailed contract histories into concise internal briefs that enable rapid organizational decision-making.

Requirements
  • Possess a minimum of three years of paralegal experience, with a preference for candidates with an in-house background or focus on commercial transactions.
  • Hold a paralegal certificate or possess equivalent practical experience that demonstrates a strong foundational knowledge of legal principles and procedures.
  • Have government contract experience, which is considered a significant professional advantage for this role.
