Exiger is seeking a highly organized Paralegal to join our in-house legal team at a growing SaaS company. This role supports a lean department on commercial and compliance matters.

Hybrid (in-office + remote) work in McLean, VA and Richmond, VA, partnering with cross-functional teams to manage contracts, maintain documents, and ensure corporate compliance across domestic and foreign jurisdictions.

• Commercial Contract Support: Support attorneys throughout the contract lifecycle, including version control, tracking, and execution
• Contract & Legal Operations Management: Maintain and manage Company’s contract database, ensuring agreements are properly stored and metadata is accurate and up to date
• Cross-Functional & Operational Support: Partner with teams across the organization to provide legal documentation and support responses

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Paralegal to join our in-house legal team at a growing SaaS company. This role will serve as a key operational partner to a lean legal department, supporting a broad range of commercial and compliance matters.

What You’ll Do

Commercial Contract Support

• Support attorneys throughout the contract lifecycle, including version control, tracking, and execution
• Assist with review and preparation of NDAs, contract amendments, and other commercial agreements
• Assist with vendor and customer agreement management

Contract & Legal Operations Management

• Maintain and manage Company’s contract database, ensuring agreements are properly stored and metadata is accurate and up to date
• Organize and oversee legal files, repositories, and internal tracking systems
• Assist with entity compliance and corporate maintenance across multiple domestic and foreign jurisdictions

Cross-Functional & Operational Support

• Partner with teams across the organization to provide legal documentation and support responses
