Qualifications

• 5+ years of Intellectual Property Paralegal experience.
• Strong knowledge of USPTO procedures, trademark and patent prosecution, and international filing processes.
• Experience with PCT, Madrid Protocol, TTAB, and PTAB matters.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file U.S. and international trademark, patent, and copyright applications.
• Manage USPTO filings, office action responses, docketing, and prosecution deadlines.
• Support foreign filings under the PCT and Madrid Protocol.
• Conduct trademark, patent, and copyright research and searches.
• Assist with TTAB and PTAB proceedings.
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and foreign associates on global IP portfolios.
• Monitor deadlines and maintain accurate case management records.
