Law Tyme, Inc. in Las Vegas, NV, seeks an experienced Litigation Paralegal for Plaintiff Personal Injury matters. The role demands heavy litigation experience and the ability to manage a caseload of 20–30 active files, drafting pleadings and supporting attorneys.

You will handle discovery, e-filing, calendar deadlines, and trial preparation while communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel. This in-office position offers a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Litigation experience as a Paralegal.
• Able to draft Pleadings for review by Attorney(s).
• Excellent Research and Writing skills.
• Knowledge of the Local Rules and Civil Procedures.
• In depth experience with the Discovery process.
• Great communication skills and able to communicate with clients, opposing counsel and court personnel.
• Have a friendly and compassionate demeanor.

We work M-F “in office”, provide a competitive salary with discretionary bonuses and provide health, dental, eye, PTO, and vacation time off.

Compensation

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
