Mandarich Law Group, LLP is a leading debt collection law firm actively recruiting a Paralegal for our Kansas City, KS office. This is a full-time, in-office role with typical hours 8AM–5PM, Monday to Friday, requiring residence in the Kansas City metropolitan area for court appearances.

The position involves supporting attorneys, managing legal documents, and handling counterclaims in Missouri with regular creditor/debtor communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Legal Studies, or a related field (preferred).
• Prior law firm experience - required
• Basic knowledge of civil litigation
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and legal management software (i.e. JST preferred)
• Must have Notary license or ability to obtain Notary license within 90 days of employment

Mandarich Law Group, LLP is a leading debt collection law firm with offices located in multiple states. We are currently recruiting a Paralegal for our Kansas City, KS office.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position. This role is in-office, and the candidate must live in Kansas City metropolitan area for court appearances. Base schedule is Monday through Friday with hours between 8AM to 5PM.
