Our client is seeking an Insurance Defense Paralegal to join their team in Irvine, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to attorneys in managing complex litigation related to Insurance Defense claims, including pre-litigation investigation, case preparation, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and post-trial proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support attorneys with managing complex litigation

- Organize and maintain case files and related documents

- Conduct legal research and analyze case law

- Draft and file legal documents, pleadings, motions, and discovery requests and responses

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program

- 2+ years of experience as a Paralegal

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

- Experience with litigation software is preferred, including Relativity and/or Concordance
