Role Description The Paralegal will support attorneys in all aspects of family law practice, including drafting and organizing legal documents, preparing filings, managing cases, reviewing and summarizing documents, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with court personnel and other parties as needed. The role also involves communicating with clients in a professional and compassionate manner, scheduling appointments and hearings, and assisting with trial preparation, exhibits, and discovery. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Indianapolis, IN, requiring consistent collaboration with attorneys and staff to ensure effective case management and high-quality client service.
