I'm partnering with an established plaintiff-side law firm in Houston to identify an experienced Personal Injury/ Employment Litigation Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced, litigation-driven environment.

This is an opportunity for a hands-on paralegal to play an important role in case development, discovery, motion practice, and litigation preparation while working closely with attorneys through key stages of a case.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage litigation cases from filing through mediation.
• Handle discovery, document review, and preparation of pleadings and motions.
• Maintain case files, track deadlines, and ensure compliance with court requirements.
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and case preparation.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts while supporting attorneys throughout litigation.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between [$65,000 – $80,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
