Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with 5-7+ years of experience for a direct-hire opportunity in Houston. This role requires plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience and offers $75K-$90K + bonus with a hybrid schedule of 3 days in office.

Candidates will manage a high-volume caseload, draft discovery and pleadings, and ensure timely filings while supporting the team through all phases of litigation.
