Bulldog Trial Lawyers in Columbus, OH seeks a Litigation Paralegal to support a fast-paced trial team with hands-on assistance before, during, and after hearings. You'll manage filings, deadlines, discovery, and client communications to keep matters moving smoothly.

You will draft documents, organize case files, coordinate with attorneys, manage witnesses, and assist with trial preparation. The role requires attention to detail, strong writing and multitasking under tight timelines.

Formación

• 1+ years of litigation experience.
• Bachelor's degree with a paralegal certificate, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• Working knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, court rules, and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as attention to detail.
• Highly organized, able to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and manage a workload with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Draft complaints, pleadings, motions, affidavits, legal memoranda, and correspondence for attorney review.
• Handle discovery requests and responses, including interrogatories.
• Conduct legal research and factual investigation, gathering information from a variety of sources.
• E-file documents in state and federal courts and arrange service of summonses.
• Calendar depositions, mediations, hearings, and deadlines.
• Prepare trial binders, exhibits, briefs, and appendices.
• Coordinate witness preparation and trial logistics.
• Review and organize evidence, including employment files, medical records, and damages documentation.
• Maintain electronic case files and pleadings and discovery indexes.
• Serve as liaison between the trial team and courts, opposing counsel, and vendors.
• Work with case managers to gather client documents and share case updates.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

About the Role
