Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive paralegal support to our team of attorneys, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, and managing case files.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office suite to create and maintain spreadsheets, presentations, and documents, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all work products.
  • Conduct thorough document review for various cases, including contracts, legal briefs, court records, and other legal documents.
  • Ensure legal compliance in all activities, including maintaining up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations, ensuring all legal documents are properly filed, and advising team on any potential legal compliance issues.
  • Coordinate and manage timelines for various legal processes, ensuring all deadlines are met and all documents are properly prepared and filed.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, court personnel, and other parties, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
