Job summary

Burr & Forman LLP in Columbia, SC seeks an experienced Public Finance Paralegal to support our corporate and financing clients. You will draft, review and maintain documents, manage calendars, coordinate meetings and closings, and communicate with attorneys and clients with a focus on accuracy and client service.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of public finance paralegal experience, a paralegal certificate or associate degree, and strong Word and Excel skills.

Burr & Forman LLP is seeking an experienced Public Finance Paralegal to join its Columbia, SC team. This role with work closely with attorneys to provide exceptional service to our clients. Key responsibilities include drafting and reviewing documents, managing the scheduling process including appointments and deadlines, and facilitating communication with attorneys and clients while exhibiting a commitment to integrity and excellence.

The Essentials

• Overtime may be required
