Justice Cannabis Co. is seeking a highly organized, proactive Paralegal to support legal operations across our growing organization. This role will partner closely with Corporate Counsel, external legal partners, and internal business leaders to manage corporate filings, contracts, legal documentation, and regulatory support.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring our legal operations remain organized, compliant, and responsive to business needs.
This role is best suited for someone who enjoys autonomy and does not require a large internal legal team structure to be successful. Our Corporate Counsel is located remotely, and this position serves as the primary on-site legal support for the business.
You’ll work closely with leadership, operations, compliance, and external legal partners in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly. We’re looking for someone who is self-directed, adaptable, and excited to help build structure—not someone seeking a traditional law firm environment with a large legal department.
At Justice Cannabis Co., we’re building something meaningful in a highly regulated and rapidly evolving industry. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with leadership, gain exposure to complex legal matters, and make a meaningful impact on a growing organization.
Justice Cannabis is proud to offer a competitive and comprehensive benefits package designed to support the health, wellness, and work‑life balance of our team members.
Full‑time team members are eligible for a robust benefits program that includes accrual of 13 days of paid time off (PTO) annually, accrual of up to 40 hours of paid sick time per year, two floating holidays, and nine paid company holidays. In addition, veterans are eligible to receive Veterans Day as a paid holiday.
Full‑time team members also have access to medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage, offered under Tier 1 benefits at Tier 2 contribution rates, along with company‑paid short‑term disability and life insurance, and the option to purchase long‑term disability coverage. Justice also provides an outstanding Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offering confidential support resources for personal, family, and work‑related needs.
Justice Cannabis is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We welcome and encourage applicants from all backgrounds and do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other legally protected characteristic.
