Job summary

Herrman & Herrman, P.L.L.C. is seeking an experienced paralegal to join our growing firm in Brownsville, TX.

The ideal candidate will work independently, be highly organized, and function well in a team setting under attorney supervision. Responsibilities include drafting discovery and motions, preparing for trial, scheduling court dates and client meetings, meeting with clients, and using a web-based case management system.

Qualifications

• 3 Years of legal experience required.
• Must be experienced in Word, Excel, and Adobe.

Herrman & Herrman, P.L.L.C. Is looking for an experienced Paralegal to be a part of our growing firm.

The individual must be able to work independently, essentially detail oriented, organized, and a team player. This person must also be a self-starter, efficient, and possess the ability to manage a high docket count under the supervision of an attorney.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Drafting Discovery requests and responses
• Drafting motions
• Preparing for trial
• Scheduling Court Dates and Client Meetings
• Meeting with Clients
• Using a Web-based Case Management System

This is a full time position. Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday-Friday. We offer a competitive starting wage and benefits that include health, dental & vision insurance and PTO policy after a 90 day probationary period.

Must be experienced in Word, Excel, & Adobe.

3 Years of Legal Experience is REQUIRED.'
