LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established and highly respected law firm in Boca Raton, FL, to identify an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional who enjoys supporting clients through complex family law matters.
Manage a high-volume family law caseload from intake through resolution.
Draft pleadings, motions, petitions, notices, financial affidavits, and discovery documents.
Coordinate court deadlines, hearings, mediations, depositions, and trial preparation.
Organize and analyze financial records, tax returns, bank statements, and supporting documentation.
Prepare case files, exhibits, and trial binders for attorney review.
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and third-party vendors.
Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with all deadlines.
Support attorneys with divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, and post-judgment matters.
3+ years of Family Law Paralegal experience required.
Strong experience drafting family law pleadings and discovery responses.
Knowledge of Florida family law procedures and court rules.
Experience preparing financial affidavits and working with financial documentation.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
Paralegal certificate preferred but not required.
