Job summary

CONLEY ELEMENTARY in Chandler, AZ is seeking a part-time paraeducator resource for inclusion/special education. Provide instructional support to students under the supervision of a special education teacher and assist with social-emotional development and safety during activities.

The role requires an high school diploma or equivalent, Title 1 qualifications or parity, CPR/First Aid certification, and ability to lift 10–30/50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate's Degree or 60 semester hours or AZ state-approved competency exam (parapro) for Title 1 schools.
• CPR/First Aid certification provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional support under supervision of the special education teacher.
• Support students with varying high-incidence disabilities.
• Supervise and ensure safety during school activities.
• Maintain classroom operations and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with team to implement IEP goals.
