The Olympia School District seeks a Paraeducator-Special Education Preschool to assist certificated staff in implementing IEP plans and goals across settings. The role involves data collection, creating instructional materials, and supporting health-related needs for students with special needs.

: The job of "Paraeducator-Special Education Preschool" is done for the purpose of assisting in the supervision and instruction of general and special education preschool students, to address academic, social/emotional, and functional goals across multiple instructional settings.
This continuing position works 5.2 hour per day, continuing position works Monday - Friday, 180 days per year (plus 10 paid holidays).

Final benefit eligibility to be determined at time of hire. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Department of Retirement Services (DRS) SERS plan (classified employees) or TERS plan (certificated employees), as well as the DRS Deferred Compensation Program. Employees will receive vacation leave, paid holidays and additional compensation beyond their base salary as outlined in their Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
