Twin Rivers Unified School District is seeking a dedicated Paraeducator II for Pioneer Elementary to support teachers and students in instructional activities. The role covers instructional assistance, group and individual support, and clerical tasks within special education classrooms.

Provides instructional, group and individual behavior, and clerical support to teachers in special education classroom settings, assisting individuals or small groups of students to enhance learning. Assists teachers with instruction and classroom management that occurs in special education and general education classrooms and play field environs.

Salary: $20.38 - $26.98 per hour in 9 annual steps. Salary is based on experience.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and successful completion of a competency assessment demonstrating knowledge and ability to assist in instructing reading, writing, and mathematics. Completion of at least 48 college credit units may substitute for the competency assessment.
May require a valid driver's license. Compliance with District skill/competency requirements. May require a valid First Aid/CPR card.
