Twin Rivers Unified School District is seeking a Paraeducator II for Grant to provide instructional and behavioral support in special education and general education settings. The role includes clerical tasks and assisting teachers with instruction and classroom management.
The position is 6 hours per day, 5 days per week, 182 work days per year, with salary $20.38–$26.98 hourly, depending on experience, and includes medical, dental, vision, and employee life insurance for qualifying hours.
Provides instructional, group and individual behavior, and clerical support to teachers in special education classroom settings, assisting individuals or small groups of students to enhance learning. Assists teachers with instruction and classroom management that occurs in special education and general education classrooms and play field environs.

Medical, Dental, Vision, and Employee Life Insurance available for employees who work 4+ hours per day (Full district contribution for 6+ hours/day; 50% contribution for 4-5.99 hours/day).
The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and successful completion of a competency assessment demonstrating knowledge and ability to assist in instructing reading, writing, and mathematics. Completion of at least 48 college credit units may substitute for the competency assessment.
May require a valid driver's license. Compliance with District skill/competency requirements. May require a valid First Aid/CPR card.
