Job summary

West Linn-Wilsonville School District 3JBo ekman Creek Primary School in Wilsonville, Oregon is hiring a Paraeducator I/II. This 7 hr/day, 5 day/week, 10 month position works under a licensed teacher to support students and instructional activities.

Responsibilities include working with students at all skill levels, data collection, material preparation, and implementing behavior, medical, and safety protocols. AA/AS or higher preferred, with potential additional pay for higher qualifications.

Qualifications

• AA/AS or higher required or paraeducator program completed.
• Experience supporting diverse learners in classrooms.
• Proficient use of computer technology.
• Ability to follow district instruction and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Work with students individually and in small groups to foster independence.
• Prepare instructional materials and support assessment of students.
• Support students in all settings, including general and special education.
• Follow behavior, medical, and safety protocols; maintain confidentiality.
