Job summary

RCM Healthcare Services is seeking a Paraeducator/Behavior Technician for an Elementary School in Louisville, Colorado. The position is a school-year, part-time role (approximately 20 hours per week) with a contract through 05/20/2027.

Responsibilities

• Support students with academic, social-emotional, and behavioral development through individual and small-group instruction.
• Assist teachers with materials, grading, attendance, and classroom organization.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, counselors, and families to support IEPs.
• Monitor student progress and collect data related to goals.
• Supervise students during classroom activities, lunch, recess, and field trips.
