Job summary

AED CONSTRUCTORES is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Paraeducator to support elementary students with autism in an Intensive Learning Center in Boulder, Colorado. This part-time position focuses on individualized behavioral, instructional, and classroom support to help students build essential academic, social, communication, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of special education experience in a public school classroom.
Current or previous Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
Experience supporting elementary students with moderate disabilities and behavioral needs.
Strong communication, flexibility, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Provide individualized instructional and behavioral support to elementary students with autism in an intensive learning environment.
