Job summary

Onward Education in Boulder County, Colorado is seeking a full-time Paraprofessional / RBT to support students with autism in an on-site learning environment for the 2026/2027 school year. This position requires at least two years of special education classroom experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to work full time in a school setting.

A certified RBT may qualify, with no BCBA supervision available.

Qualifications

• Work during student attendance days, with participation in 2–3 training days during the year as needed.

We’re currently seeking a full-time, in-person Paraprofessional / RBT (Autism) to support a school with our client in Boulder County, Colorado for the 2026/2027 school year.

• On-Site, 35 hours per week
• School Year: 2026/2027
