Ampersand Therapy is seeking a dedicated Special Education Paraeducator to join our teacher- and therapist-led team in the Tucson, AZ area for the 2026-2027 school year.

You will support students in a school-based setting, with a pay rate of $18/hour on a full-time 35-hour schedule; we offer W-2 employment with liability insurance, healthcare benefits, a 401(k) with company match, licensure/CEU reimbursement, mileage between sites, referral bonuses, and mentorship from experienced school-based

Qualifications

• Requires either 60 college credits or a ParaPro certificate.
