Ampersand Therapy LLC is hiring paraprofessionals for the 2026–2027 school year in the greater Lisle, IL area. The role provides 1:1 and small group behavioral support to students with autism and other disabilities, collaborating with teachers and service providers to maintain a safe, inclusive classroom and support student growth.

Qualified candidates hold an Illinois Paraprofessional Educator License, have school experience, and are able to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Illinois Paraprofessional Educator License is required.
• Previous school experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with behavioral or social-communication disabilities preferred.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

We offer strong mentorship, responsive support, and a workplace culture built on care, inclusion, and professional respect. **Position Details** **Schedule:** Full-Time, Monday - Friday **Location:** SASED - openings in Lisle, Villa Park, Downer's Grove, and West Chicago school locations **Start Date:** ASAP through the 26-27 School Year**Assignment Focus:** Support students with autism and/or multiple disabilities in the classroom.
