Vermont Permanency Initiative (VPI) in Bennington, VT is seeking a Para Educator/Paraprofessional to support trauma-informed academic programming. You’ll help ensure student safety, assist with instruction and activities, and contribute to a healing environment in a 12-month program.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of experience with youth, and a valid driver’s license. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM with competitive pay starting at $17/hour, commensurate
