Genesee Intermediate School District is seeking a Para-Educator to assist instructors in delivering and reinforcing instruction for high school students. The role may serve in one classroom or across clinical sites as needed, reporting to the classroom instructor.
Minimum qualifications include an associates degree in a related field, and preferred RN/LPN/CNA/PCT credentials with substantial hours in program-related work. The district offers extensive benefits and professional development.

The Para-Educator is responsible for assisting the program instructor in the delivery of instruction, reinforcement of instruction and the remediation of students in the area of responsibility. The Para-Educator may be assigned to one classroom or to a variety of assignments including clinical sites, depending on the needs of students. Para-Educators report to the assigned classroom instructor.
Pay Range: $17.88 - $25.57 hourly, commensurate with experience and qualifications
Work Schedule: 204 days / 7 hours daily
