Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a School Aide to support students in Newport, NH under the supervision of the special education team. The position is contract full-time with a pay rate of $26 per hour and a typical 32.5-hour workweek.

Responsibilities include instructional and behavioral assistance, plus related student support services as directed by health professionals. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, compliance with professional standards, and

• Comply with all relevant professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
