Job summary

Oneida is hiring for a Bingo department role in Green Bay, WI. The position involves inventory control in the Paper Room, EPIC data entry, and assisting with sales and event packages.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in controlling on-hand inventory in the Bingo Paper Room and input into Epic System.
• Provide excellent customer service for all Bingo operations customers.
• Prepare sale items using Department SOP.
• Count, verify, prepare, and issue sale supplies to Bingo staff; enter data and generate receipts in EPIC.
• Monitor sales booths during peak times and replenish supplies as needed.
• Inventory, order, and maintain sale supplies for Bingo department.
• Assemble bash packs or event packages and adjust inventory after events.
• Ensure Paper Room and inventory are orderly at all times.

Salary: $15.45/Hr Plus Tips
After successful completion of the probationary period, employee will receive off probation wage increase.

Tips average an additional $3.00 - $5.00 an hour.

Shift Differential:

• Monday-Thursday (6pm to 6am) - $1.00 per hour worked
• Friday 4pm to Saturday 4am - $3.00 per hour worked
• Saturday (4am to 4pm) - $2.00 per hour worked
• Saturday (4pm to 4am) - $3.00 per hour worked
• Sunday 4am to Monday 6am - $2.00 per hour worked

Scheduling includes rotation of AM and PM shifts.
Split shift schedule EXAMPLE start 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 pm return 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Assist in the control of on hand inventory in the Bingo Paper Room and input of inventory into the Epic System.

• Provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the Bingo operations at all times and in all activities. Provide solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer service as our top priority.
• Prepare all sale items to be sold using established Department Standard Operating Procedure.
• Count, verify, prepare, and issue all sale supplies to bingo staff; count, verify, and return all supplies returned to the paper room from Bingo staff when selling is completed. Enter data into the EPIC program and generate receipts.
• Monitor sales booths during peak sales times to ensure supplies needed are on hand and replenish as needed.
• Inventory, order, and maintain all sale supplies needed for the successful operation of the Bingo Department.
• Assemble all bash packs and/or any special event packages and break packages apart after the event and adjust items back into inventory as needed/required.
• Ensure that Paper Room and inventory are orderly and maintained at all times.

Frequently walk, sit, stand,reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.

Occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift and/or move up to twenty-five (25) pounds.

Extended hours, irregular shifts, evenings, holidays, and/or weekend work is required.

Work environment may NOT be smoke, noise, or dust free.

A Tuberculosis (TB) Screening and/or TB Skin Test is required within thirty (30) days of employment and annually thereafter as required.

• Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
• High School Diploma, HSED Diploma, or GED Certification is required within one (1) year of employment.Applicants aged fifty (50) and older are exempt from this requirement.
• Six (6) months of inventory or administrative experience;an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
