Job summary

BCforward is seeking a Production Worker-1 for Newport, TN on a 12-month contract to support paper-based materials processing and assembly. You will operate production equipment, inspect goods, and document results while meeting safety and quality targets in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will follow SOPs, maintain accuracy in documentation, and be reliable with rotating shifts and potential overtime; US Citizens are required for federal contracts at this facility.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment to process and assemble paper materials per work instructions.
• Inspect in-process and finished goods for quality, documenting results.
• Handle materials, stage items, and support line changeovers to meet production schedules.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, orderly work area; report issues to supervision.
