Job summary

BCforward is seeking a Production Worker-1 for Newport, TN on a 12-month contract to support paper-based materials processing and assembly. You will operate production equipment, inspect goods, and document results while meeting safety and quality targets in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will follow SOPs, maintain accuracy in documentation, and be reliable with rotating shifts and potential overtime; US Citizens are required for federal contracts at this facility.

• Eligibility requirement: Candidates must be US Citizens due to federal contracts at this offsite facility.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience with paper converting or paper product manufacturing.
• Familiarity with basic quality tools and safety programs.
