Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of manufacturing experience (paper mill preferred).
• Ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Ability to use precision measuring equipment (ruler, caliper, micrometer).
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment and cross-training.

Responsibilities

• Ensure personal and machine safety and maintain a clean work area.
• Physically inspect, communicate, and troubleshoot product quality and order specs.
• Retrieve order data and documentation from SAP.
• Assist in machine maintenance and perform periodic tasks.
• Move materials around the paper mill and stock prep area.
