Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for PM5, Stock Preparation, and Export Roll Wrapper/Bailer operations.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, reliability, and quality teams to improve safety and asset performance.
• Drive safety culture, compliance with standards, and environmental stewardship.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for performance improvements.
• Develop operators and mentor teams; support onboarding and SOPs.
