Job summary

Kruger Products | Produits Kruger Memphis Mill is seeking a Maintenance & Reliability Manager to lead the maintenance and reliability organization, ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of manufacturing assets.

You will drive preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs, manage CMMS and spare parts, and partner with Operations, Safety, Quality, Procurement and Continuous Improvement teams to maximize asset availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance leadership experience.
• Experience leading maintenance and reliability teams in continuous manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing maintenance and reliability organization.
• Promote safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure maintenance personnel are trained and qualified.
• Drive preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs.
• Own CMMS and maintenance work order system; manage KPI reporting.
• Develop asset replacement plans and spare parts strategies.
• Manage annual maintenance budgets and cost control.
• Oversee facilities and utilities maintenance and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with Operations, Safety, Quality, Procurement and Excellence teams.
