Job summary

Kruger Products Memphis Mill is seeking a Maintenance & Reliability Manager to lead the maintenance and reliability organization, coordinating with Operations, Safety, Quality, Procurement, and Operational Excellence teams to maximize asset availability and improve reliability.

The role emphasizes proactive work management, preventive and predictive maintenance, and continuous improvement, reporting to the Assistant General Manager and guiding maintenance, facilities, and planning personnel.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Maintenance Management, or related technical discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing maintenance and reliability organization.
Promote a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Ensure maintenance personnel are appropriately trained and qualified.
Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, employee development, and succession planning activities.
Support recruitment, selection, and retention of skilled maintenance personnel.
Manage the overall day-to-day activities of the Maintenance Department.
Establish maintenance priorities that align with operational objectives.
Ensure effective planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance work.
Drive preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs.
Coordinate planned shutdowns and asset outages.
Lead site reliability initiatives focused on eliminating chronic equipment failures.
Utilize root cause analysis methodologies to identify and permanently resolve reliability issues.
Develop asset reliability strategies and lifecycle management plans.
