Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Paper Machine Operator on-site in Surprise, AZ. You will contribute to producing high-quality products, support assembly lines, and work with tools to maintain equipment in a fast-paced setting.

Training is provided for motivated candidates, with emphasis on safety, teamwork, and accurate inventory handling. Starting pay is $17 per hour plus a production bonus; temp-to-hire after successful probation.

Qualifications

• Previous factory/manufacturing experience preferred but training is provided.
• Mechanical knowledge is beneficial for maintenance tasks.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools in a manufacturing setting.
• Warehouse experience with inventory or shipping/receiving is helpful.

Paper Machine Operator Schedules

1st shift: Mon-Friday / 4am-1:30pm

2nd shift: Mon-Friday / 2pm-11pm

******Must be available for OT*********

Paper Machine Operator Starting pay:

Base: $17/hr + production bonus

Paper Machine Operator Duties

• Assist with assembly line tasks, including assembling components using hand tools and power tools to meet production targets.
• Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment, applying mechanical knowledge to identify issues and ensure smooth operation.
• Use hand tools and power tools to perform assembly, maintenance, or repairs as needed.
• Support warehouse activities by organizing inventory, preparing shipments, and managing stock levels efficiently.
• Follow safety protocols at all times, including proper handling of materials and equipment to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members on production goals, ensuring quality standards are met consistently.

Paper Machine Operator Experience

• Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
• Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with assembly line processes enhances your ability to succeed in this role.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools in a manufacturing setting demonstrates technical aptitude.
• Warehouse experience that includes inventory management or shipping/receiving tasks is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards.
• Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication abilities to coordinate effectively with colleagues.
