Job summary

Fischer Paper Products, Inc. is seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our night shift production team. You will operate and maintain Garant, Beasley, and Weber machines, ensuring quality output and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of related experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Competitive pay of $20–$24/hour is offered with a $2/hour shift differential and additional benefits.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 10 hours.

We’re looking for an experienced Machine Operator to join our night shift production team. In this role, you’ll operate and maintain Garant, Beasley, and/or Weber printing and converting machines, ensuring efficient production, quality output, and smooth operations.

You’ll play a key role in meeting production goals and helping strengthen our skilled manufacturing team.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate printing/converting machinery
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and minimize downtime
• Monitor production quality and make necessary adjustments
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets

What You Bring

• At least 1+ year of experience in printing, converting, flexible packaging, or a related field
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to stand up to 10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
• Experience with Beasley, Garant, Weber, or similar machines (preferred)
• Shift: Monday–Thursday (4-day workweek!)
• Hours: 8:10 PM – 6:35 AM
• Pay:$20–$24/hour (based on experience)
