Billerud NA is seeking a Paper Machine Coordinating Manager for the Quinnesec Mill to coordinate the Q41 paper machine operations, drive safety, quality and cost efficiency, and lead diverse crews across Dry End, Rereeler and Winders.
You will partner with maintenance for reliability, oversee staffing and training, and guide continuous improvements across capital and operational projects. This role emphasizes safety, quality and teamwork in a demanding manufacturing setting.

The Paper Machine Coordinating Manager coordinates and direct the production activities of the Q41 paper machine Wet End, Dry End, or Coating and Additives Area. Create consistency and advocacy across all crews while closing the gaps in the areas of safety, production, quality, direct material usages and indirect spending.
