Job summary

Voith US Inc. in Appleton, WI, seeks a Paper Lab Analyst to provide paper and stock sample handling and analysis to our Products and Services Team located in Appleton, WI.

You will work directly with regional sales managers and service team members to support testing requests, coordinate testing with other Voith facilities, and maintain lab equipment and calibration procedures. Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects are essential.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 2-year vocational degree or equivalent preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in an engineering or science field.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with regional sales managers and service team members to support customer testing requests.
• Learn and complete various paper and stock sample testing including but not limited to; Tappi T240, Stickies/Hydrophobics, Freeness Tappi, Debris VSTM, etc.
• Coordinate testing from other Voith facilities and outside vendors.
• Maintain lab equipment maintenance and calibration procedures.
• Receive and handle paper and stock samples.
