Job summary

US Tech Force is seeking an experienced Paper Converting Machine Operator to join a busy paper company in the Fox Valley area. You will be responsible for equipment setups, operation, and troubleshooting to maximize performance. This role also supports downstream teams and maintains equipment to ensure quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience operating paper converting machines.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of light manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate paper converting equipment and troubleshoot to achieve optimal performance.
• Oversee and assist downstream employees with equipment troubleshooting.
• Perform minor preventive maintenance and cleaning of sheeter equipment.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures.
