Job summary

Green Bay Converting, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator who can run fast-moving paper machines, monitor quality, and maintain smooth production lines. The role rewards performance with bonus potential and clear opportunities for advancement in a modern manufacturing facility.

Shifts include 8-hour and 12-hour options with rotating schedules. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with converting equipment, strong quality focus, and reliability to keep production moving in a team

Qualifications

• 3+ years running large converting or rewinding equipment (paper industry preferred).
• Sharp eye for quality and problem solving.
• Reliable, punctual and a strong team member.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run fast-moving paper machines with care for quality.
• Monitor quality, adjust settings, and troubleshoot issues.
• Load rolls, thread paper, change blades and parts as needed.
• Operate wrappers, folders, packers and keep the line moving.
• Perform light maintenance and keep area clean.
• Train new team members and share knowledge.
• Work safely and follow policies.

Machine Operator - We Pay for High Performers!

Pay: $28-$33 (base $25-$30, plus up to $3/hr. bonus every pay period when production goals are hit) Realistic Production Goals!

Schedule: 8 hour and 12 hour shift options

8-Hour shifts (Mon-Fri) Rotating (with opportunity to lock in straight shift)

12-Hour 2-2-3 Rotating Every 2 weeks from days to nights

What You’ll Be Doing

• Set up and run fast-moving paper machines (Perini, Bretting, United — or similar).
• Monitor quality, adjust settings, and troubleshoot issues before they become problems
• Load rolls, thread paper, change blades and parts as needed.
• Operate wrappers, folders, packers — keep the whole line moving.
• Perform light maintenance and keep your area clean.
• Help train new team members and share your knowledge.
• Work safely and follow all policies.

What We’re Looking For
